High Desert Band has been playing bluegrass and related musical forms in and around Idaho's Treasure Valley since 2003. We put on an energetic show that includes traditional bluegrass and old time country, as well as an ever expanding catalog of original songs; some normal, some quirky comedy, and some just for kids.
High Desert's performances are family friendly, with plenty of songs to please young and old alike. If you're not smiling, you weren't listening!
The band performs at music festivals, farmer's markets, events, parties and weddings. Whatever the occasion, high desert establishes a warm, personal connection with each audience.
